Demo of existing finishes, floor prep and self-leveling across the full lobby, then two-tone large-format porcelain laid to a curved inlay that runs from the atrium through the elevator lobby. Leveling clips on every tile.

Polished porcelain walkways set through an occupied department store — existing flooring demoed, leveling clips on every tile, store trading again with the aisle open.

18301 Bermuda Green Dr, Tampa — restrooms and break room
Restroom package from cement board up: large-format dark porcelain floors, glazed subway walls, and vertical-stack tile wrapped around a curved column with a recessed niche. Break room feature wall in textured glazed tile. Performed for Resource Flooring & Maintenance.
